CLINTON, Miss. - The University of West Alabama men’s tennis team knocked off Mississippi College, 6-3, but the women’s team fell 6-3 Saturday afternoon against the Lady Choctaws.

In men’s doubles action, the team of Mylan Anderson/Sascha Dresselhaus and Michael Garcia/Alex Rondon earned wins, while in singles play, Dresselhaus, Anderson, Carlin Tighe, Erick Duran, Garcia and Rondon each picked up wins.

The Tiger women earned singles wins from Adanys Clerch, Amy Frazier and Rama Siby.

West Alabama returns to action 10:00 a.m. Monday, March 26 in Pensacola, Fla., against BYU Hawaii.
