Gulf South Conference selection, UWA’s first since Stan Gill was
tabbed to the 2005-06 First Team … Played in 26 games and in the
starting five in 24 of those contests … Posted double figures in
scoring in 23 of the 26 games … Built a string of 19 straight games
with double digit point totals, including a season-best 27 against
Valdosta State during the streak … Registered ten double-doubles on
the season … Pulled down a season-high 17 rebounds against Concordia
… Credited with four straight double-doubles against West Florida,
Montevallo, Southeastern Bible and UAH … Led UWA in scoring and
rebounds with a 15.5 scoring average and 8.3 boards per contest mark

SHELTON STATE CC: A two-year starter at Shelton State Community
College in Tuscaloosa, Ala. … The Bucs topped undefeated
Wallace-Hanceville in the championship game at the ACCC tournament
to earn the national bid … Played in 34 games as a sophomore,
averaging 16.8 points per contest … Carded a season-best 33 points
and 20 rebounds against Lawson State Community College … Credited
with 30 points and 16 boards versus Bevill-Sumiton along with a
31-point effort against Enterprise-Ozark CC … Grabbed 15 defensive
rebounds against Northwest Shoals CC … Dished out four assists on
three separate occasions … Turned in the blocks versus Bishop State
CC and four takeaways against Bevill State-Sumiton.
