LIVINGSTON,
Ala. – The 10th-ranked University of
West Alabama baseball team returns to action on
Wednesday, February 27, as the Tigers (12-3) host
Stillman College (5-11) in a nine inning contest
with first pitch scheduled for 4 p.m. The game time
has been moved from its originally scheduled time of
2 p.m. The game can be followed via live stats at

of the season and longest since last season, when
the Red and White claimed seven straight from April
21 through May 5, which included five conference
wins.
The Tigers are led
at the plate by Rob Dahlberg, who is batting .556 on
the season with 10 extra base hits and 21 RBI on the
year. On the hill, Josh Varner, who has recorded a
2-0 record with 0.00 ERA in two combined shutouts,
has allowed only six hits on the season with eight
strikeouts.
Following the
midweek affair with Stillman, West Alabama returns
to action on Saturday, March 1, as the Tigers host
#4 Delta State in a three-game, weekend series.
First pitch of the top 10 doubleheader tilt Saturday
is scheduled for 2 p.m.
