LIVINGSTON, Ala. – The 19th-ranked
University of West Alabama baseball team
hosts Lambuth University in a non-conference
contest on Monday, April 14. First pitch of
the contest is scheduled for 6:30 p.m.
UWA (33-8,
8-4 Gulf South Conference) enters the outing
after a week off from action. The Tigers are
currently riding a four-game win streak and
standing third in the GSC after this
weekend.
LU (25-15,
11-6 TranSouth Conference)
is riding a six-game win streak, including a
three-game sweep of Crichton College over
the weekend. The Eagles are tied for second
in the TranSouth with Freed-Hardeman.
Following
the Monday affair, West Alabama returns to
action on Wednesday, April 16 in a mid-week
contest against William Carey. The outing is
scheduled for 6:00 p.m. at Tartt Field.
