2007: Made two appearances on the hill for West
Alabama … Posted a 9.00 ERA on the season … Pitched two innings against
Auburn-Montgomery, on February 21, in the his longest outing of the
year, allowed two runs on five hits with two walks … In his only other
appearance, went an inning at Stillman on February 28, allowing a run on
three hits.
2006: Sat out as a redshirt.

(Ala.) High School…Went 5-5 with 120 strikeouts in 60 innings of work as
a senior for the Ironmen…Also hit .439…Tabbed Honorable Mention
All-State…Holds the school record for most strikeouts in a game (19) and
in a season (120)…His 19 strikeouts in a game is the third most in AHSAA
history…Also lettered in football.
